“Children are our most valuable resource and our greatest responsibility. They are our future.” - Unknown

Yashira Reyes-Rodriguez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. Originally from Houston, Texas, Yashira began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis at an ABA clinic in Lake Jackson, where she earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. It was there, while working directly with children with autism and seeing their incredible progress, that she knew she wanted to become a BCBA.

Yashira earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where she gained experience in creating individualized treatment programs, supervising graduate students, and leading parent trainings and meetings. She specializes in working with early learners, from toddlers through 12 years old, and believes that every child deserves a plan tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
Her favorite part of the job is celebrating milestones—big or small—right alongside the families she supports. Yashira is dedicated to empowering parents with tools and strategies that make a difference not only in therapy sessions, but in everyday life.
